IMAGINE PORT ("we", "us") collects the information you submit through our IP submission and inquiry forms to evaluate participation in PARADE, SHOWCASE and MARKET, and to respond to business inquiries.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
IP/project name, organization type, country, IP category, portfolio links, project description, contact name, company, email address, optional WhatsApp/social contact, and any message you provide.
HOW WE USE IT
To review and respond to your submission, to evaluate fit for IMAGINE PORT programs, and to contact you about participation, scheduling, and related business opportunities. We do not sell your information.
SHARING
We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to operate IMAGINE PORT programs (for example, coordinating with program partners for a submission you have opted into), or where required by law.
RETENTION
We retain submission data for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, and for our program records.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting team@imagineport.org.
